Voting Process for the Manufacturer/ Distributor Groups

From January 21st 2022 we will be accepting nominations in all of the individual categories from our on-line nomination process including:

Bodyshop Awards:
Paint Brand of the Year
Paint Distributor of the Year
Bodyshop Consumables Brand of the Year
Bodyshop Tools & Equipment Supplier of the Year
Service Provider of the Year

Tyre Awards:
Tyre Manufacturer of the Year
Tyre Distributor of the Year
Tyre Shop Tools & Equipment Supplier of the Year
Service Provider of the Year
I.T.I.A. Tyre Technician of the Year

Motor Factor Awards:
Wholesale Parts Distributor of the Year
Automotive Aftermarket Parts Manufacturer of the Year
Aftermarket Support/Solutions Programme of the Year
Service Provider of the Year

Workshop Tools & Equipment Awards:
Workshop Tools & Equipment Supplier of the Year
Hand Tools Manufacturer of the Year
Power Tools Manufacturer of the Year
Diagnostic Equipment Manufacturer of the Year
Service Provider of the Year

Main Dealer Awards:
Manufacturer / Distributor of the Year -Aftersales Programme
Manufacturer / Distributor of the Year – Trade Parts Programme
EV of the Year
Manufacturer Innovation of the Year Award
Service Provider of the Year

CV Workshop Awards:
CV Parts Distributor of the Year
CV Parts Manufacturer of the Year
CV Tools & Equipment Supplier of the Year
CV Aftermarket Support/ Solutions Programme of the Year.
CV Service Provider of the Year

Nominations will close on February 10th 2022.

From February 11th – February 25th these nominees will be published on line for you to view and cast your vote (One vote per person). As a result of this process, the top 6 nominees will then shortlisted.

From March 4th the voting process will re-commence on line for the Top 6 (Minimum) on the Auto Trade Awards website www.autotradeawards.ie for a 2 week period (March 18th). The overall winners will be announced and notified prior to the Irish Auto Trade Awards 2023.

*Joint winners:
In the case where votes exceed 500 the margin of error will be 10 votes.
In the case where votes exceed 250 the margin of error will be 5 votes.

E.g if candidate A gets 280 votes and candidate B gets 284 votes. This will result in a joint winner A & B.

Process for selection Regional Awards Winners

Due to complications resulting from the Covid 19 pandemic we cannot carry out our extensive mystery shop programme associated with the Irish Auto Trade Retail Awards.
In order to maintain the high standard associated with these awards we are unable to run the
Auto Trade aftermarket Retail Awards for 2023.
